"Whisky is liquid sunshine." - George Bernard Shaw
In a land far, far away, in a time long ago, some lovely person created whisky. And there was much rejoicing.
Whisky really came into its own thanks to the plucky Scotch and Irish. Those folks turned whisky making into a fine art form way back in the 1400s. The Old Bushmills Distillery, in Ireland, is the oldest licensed one in the world. It's been around since 1608 and you can bet it's been around that long for a reason. By the way, centuries later there is still much rejoicing. |

This is a blended malt Scotch whiskey, and it is FANTASTIC! I love Scotch, but I don't love all Scotches. |
