The difference between ales and lagers comes down to the yeast used and yada, yada, yada . . . We aren't brewing experts, so that's as far as we are going with that. It's beer, and that's good enough for us. Even if they aren't all good.
With one of us in the National Capitol Region, we get to expand our tasting opportunities. But even if we are tasting in the Rocky Mountains, there's always a new lager waiting for us.

This beer is brewed by my friend Bryan's acquaintances in Charleston, S.C.
This 4.5% ABV claims 100% clean ingredients and a smooth, balanced taste. I concur on the taste and will take the brewers' word for the ingredients.
It was easy sipping and quite tasty. Plus it's a craft lager and the guys who created it seem cool, that's a bonus. No one likes pretentious brewers.
If you get to the Eastern Seaboard try to sip some ICL. You won't be disappointed. Especially if sand, sunscreen and heat are involved.
