1 1/2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. green Chartreuse
1 oz. sweet vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
This is definitely a departure from the norm for me. I had green Chartreuse thanks to D, but I had no idea what to make with it. When we did the leftover liquor cabinet challenge, I just happened to have everything. This is not a cocktail I would want to have often, but as a treat, it's great!
